These adorable deer shirts came from Julie at Team Patterson. I have been following her blog since before she got pregnant with her TRIPLET girls. I follower her on Instagram as well and saw that she was making these awesome shirts. I'll take any chance to match my mini.

Luke has worked so hard on our land. It looked rough for awhile and it is so nice seeing green grass growing. I look forward to using all of our land to play on with Griffin and any future littles that plan on coming along one day.

I'm biting my tongue on this one. My husband wanted wood on our walls, I did not. My husband wanted wood on the ceiling, I did not. Guess what arrived at our house this week? Wood to go on our ceiling. Marriage is all about getting what you want compromising right? I am nervous about the outcome of the wood on our ceiling, but I am hoping I don't "hate" it after it is laid. The wood will be going down our hallway, living room, dining area, and kitchen. Our beams will be stained a dark color like our floors. I do think I will like the contrast between the two though. I hope. ;-) What to y'all think of wood on your ceilings?

We had our 4 week check up on Griffin's head this week and he is progressed so well. Originally it was estimated that he will wear his Cranial Band for 8-12 weeks, however the way he is looking, it may be as little as 6 weeks!! We go back the week after Christmas and we will decide as a team if we can forego the stinky helmet.
Some extra prayers would be nice for him right now. He got tubes yesterday after having 8 ear infections in seven months. Hopefully we can get these ears fixed and get back to your happy self.

Stopping by from oh, Hey Friday! LOVE the matching shirts, and Griffin is too cute :) (plus I love the name!) I like the way they did the wood ceilings in the picture above. But I'm with you, my husband would be happy to make/cover everything with wood and pallet projects, which he's amazing at but I mean, I don't want my whoole house covered :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

Yes, I definitely do not want it covered head to toe wood. But I think I can learn to handle it. I know it will be a good mix of they so of us.
DeleteOh, I hope you will learn to love the wood! I think it'll look great! Praying the tubes help you Sweet Little Griffin.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!!
I'm trying girl. I guess my main thing is not being able to picture it 100%. We shall se.
DeleteLove yall's little deer shirts! Hope Griffin's procedure went well with the tubes- you'll have to tell me more! Our follow up appt/ear check is Tuesday and I'm pretty certain they won't be clear so we'll see what they say next... Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks no! Tubes are such a blessing. It was quick and easy and after a good nap, he was back to his normal self. If your little's ears have been infected a good bit id get it done sooner than later.
DeleteOmg! Those deer shirts are adorable!!!! Love, love, love! Merry Christmas!
